Independent Service Providers
Service providers connected with customers through Cinderline may be independently owned and operated junk removal companies, contractors, or other service professionals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these providers are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Cinderline.
Independent service providers are responsible for their own business operations, including their equipment, personnel, transportation, licensing, insurance, work methods, scheduling, safety practices, disposal practices, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Cinderline’s Role
Cinderline may receive customer inquiries, collect information about requested services, communicate with customers, help determine service availability, and connect or route service opportunities to independent service providers.
Depending on how a particular service request is handled, Cinderline may also assist with communications, scheduling, estimates, customer support, or other administrative functions.
Unless Cinderline expressly states otherwise, the actual junk removal or related on-site work is performed by an independent service provider.
Quotes, Pricing, and Service Availability
Quotes or estimates may be based on information provided by the customer before the service provider evaluates the job. Final pricing may depend on factors such as the type and quantity of items, volume, weight, accessibility, labor requirements, disposal or recycling costs, location, and other job-specific conditions.
Service availability, arrival times, accepted materials, final pricing, and the scope of work may require confirmation by Cinderline or the independent service provider handling the request.
Provider Selection and Responsibility
Cinderline may use reasonable criteria when establishing or maintaining relationships with independent service providers. However, each provider remains responsible for its own business operations and for the services it performs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cinderline is not responsible for acts, omissions, property damage, personal injury, delays, disputes, workmanship, service quality, pricing decisions, or other conduct attributable solely to an independent service provider.
Nothing in this disclosure limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or limited.
