These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cinderline Junk Removal (“Cinderline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and your interactions with Cinderline, including requesting quotes, submitting service inquiries, calling or texting us, and being connected with independent junk removal service providers. By accessing or using this website or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and to help users request junk removal and related services. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, functionality, or availability.
Information provided through the website is intended to help facilitate service inquiries and connections and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular service, provider, appointment time, price, or outcome will be available.
2. Service Requests and Quotes
Submitting a quote request, contact form, telephone inquiry, or other service request does not create a binding service agreement or guarantee service availability.
Information you provide regarding the type, quantity, condition, location, accessibility, or estimated volume of items may be used to evaluate your request and provide or arrange an estimate. Pricing may change after the actual items, volume, labor requirements, access conditions, disposal requirements, or other relevant circumstances are evaluated.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, estimates provided before an on-site or final evaluation are not guaranteed final prices.
3. Independent Service Providers
Cinderline may connect customers with independent junk removal companies, contractors, or other service professionals capable of responding to a service request.
Independent service providers are separate businesses and are not necessarily employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Cinderline. Providers may establish their own pricing, scheduling, service procedures, payment requirements, insurance, licensing, and other business practices.
Once a customer is connected with an independent provider, the provider may communicate directly with the customer regarding the requested work.
For additional information about Cinderline’s role in connecting customers with independent service providers, please review our Service Provider Disclosure.
4. Pricing and Payment
Final pricing may depend on factors including the type and quantity of items, volume, weight, labor requirements, accessibility, location, disposal or recycling fees, special handling requirements, and other conditions associated with the requested service.
When services are performed by an independent service provider, the provider may determine or confirm the final price and applicable payment terms directly with the customer.
Unless Cinderline expressly states otherwise, Cinderline does not guarantee pricing quoted or established independently by a third-party service provider.
If Cinderline later introduces payment-processing functionality, applicable payment terms and disclosures may be updated or presented separately before payment is collected.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Service Availability
Requested service dates, arrival windows, or appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed by the applicable service provider or Cinderline, as appropriate.
Service availability may depend on location, provider availability, job requirements, weather, traffic, disposal-facility availability, equipment, and other circumstances.
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or no-show policies may vary depending on the independent provider performing the service. Customers should confirm applicable policies before authorizing or scheduling work.
Cinderline does not guarantee that a service provider will be available for every request or that every requested service can be completed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information regarding your service request, including the location, items to be removed, approximate quantity or volume, access conditions, and any circumstances that may materially affect the work.
You represent that you have the legal authority to request removal or disposal of the property involved in the service request.
You are responsible for providing reasonably safe access to the service location and informing Cinderline or the applicable provider about conditions that may affect safety or service performance.
You must disclose known hazardous, regulated, prohibited, unusually heavy, or otherwise special materials before service whenever reasonably possible. A provider may refuse items or work that cannot legally or safely be transported, handled, recycled, or disposed of.
7. Restricted and Prohibited Materials
Independent service providers may refuse to remove, transport, handle, recycle, or dispose of materials that are hazardous, regulated, illegal, unsafe, or outside the provider’s capabilities or service offerings.
Restricted items may include certain chemicals, fuels, oils, paints, asbestos-containing materials, medical or biological waste, explosives, firearms or ammunition, pressurized containers, and other materials subject to special handling or disposal requirements.
Acceptance of any particular item is not guaranteed. Customers should disclose potentially hazardous or regulated materials before service and confirm acceptance with the provider performing the work.
8. Calls, Text Messages, and Electronic Communications
By providing your contact information in connection with a service request, you authorize Cinderline and, where appropriate, an independent service provider assisting with your request to contact you regarding that request, including quotes, availability, scheduling, service updates, and customer support.
Where required by applicable law, Cinderline will obtain any additional consent necessary before sending automated or promotional calls or text messages. Consent to receive marketing or promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
You may request that applicable text communications stop using reasonable opt-out methods, including replying STOP where supported.
9. Automated and AI-Assisted Systems
Cinderline may use automated or artificial intelligence-assisted technologies to help receive inquiries, provide general information, collect and organize service-request details, route communications, assist with customer support, and connect customers with available service providers.
Automated or AI-generated communications are provided for convenience and may contain errors or incomplete information. Important job-specific information, including final pricing, service availability, scheduling, accepted materials, and the scope of work, should be confirmed with Cinderline or the independent provider responsible for the service, as applicable.
If Cinderline implements call recording or transcription, applicable notice and consent procedures will be used where required by law.
10. Third-Party Services and Providers
Cinderline may use third-party companies and technologies to support website hosting, analytics, communications, email, customer management, call handling, automation, security, payment processing if implemented, and other business operations.
Third-party services and independent service providers may maintain their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. Cinderline is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third parties that it does not control, subject to applicable law.
Your use of services provided directly by an independent provider may be subject to additional terms or agreements between you and that provider.
11. Disclaimers
Cinderline provides its website, information, communication tools, and connection services on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cinderline does not guarantee that every service request will result in a provider match, estimate, appointment, completed job, or particular outcome.
Cinderline does not guarantee the accuracy of information independently provided by customers, independent service providers, or other third parties.
Final pricing, scheduling, accepted materials, service methods, licensing, insurance, permits, disposal practices, and workmanship should be confirmed with the independent provider performing the work, as applicable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cinderline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the website, inability to use the website, communications through Cinderline, or services independently provided by third-party service providers.
Cinderline is not responsible for acts, omissions, property damage, personal injury, delays, disputes, pricing decisions, service quality, or other conduct attributable solely to an independent service provider, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Cinderline website, your material violation of these Terms, or materially false information you knowingly provide in connection with a service request.
This section does not require you to indemnify Cinderline for conduct for which Cinderline is legally responsible.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property and Website Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the Cinderline name, website design, written content, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and other materials appearing on this website are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Cinderline and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial purpose of obtaining information or requesting services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, impersonate, misuse, or commercially exploit Cinderline website content without authorization, except as permitted by law.
You may not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent requests, or use automated methods to abuse or materially disrupt the website or its services.
16. Privacy
Your use of Cinderline is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Cinderline collects, uses, shares, and protects information.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.
17. Changes to These Terms
Cinderline may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business operations, provider network, or applicable legal requirements.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page may be revised. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular Cinderline service, constitute the applicable terms governing your use of the Cinderline website and connection services.
An independent service provider may separately require you to agree to additional terms relating to the actual junk removal or other services that provider performs.
